Lovely Stay at Modern Hotel

My room was well-proportioned and clean. The breakfast offered sufficient choice including gluten-free options. The view from the restaurant provided amazing scenery. I found the gym quite well equipped for a routine workout.
The bar menu was a bit limited plus expensive. That was not very convenient.

The breakfast buffet had a chef cooking food. It was nice seeing that.
I wanted lunch at the ground floor kitchen, but the service was SLOW. I waited 45 minutes for a sandwich and then another 5 minutes for cutlery. I cancelled the order because I ran out of time to eat and had to leave.

the room was hot when i got there and i couldn't change the temperature i called the front desk and they remotely changed it to 19 degrees the thing is i couldn't turn it off all night i had planned to do some work in the room but the desk chair was broken it tilted to one side so i couldn't sit in it for more than 5 minutes it was annoying

The mattress was comfortable. i found good breakfast facilities and free parking with plenty of spaces. This. the hotel is modern and well-equipped. the quality of the pillows was a positive surprise. Many hotels often overlook this detail.
The air conditioning in my room was not working properly. It impacted my sleep quality.

mixed experience, some service shortfalls
sticky surfacesdisorganized staff
the rooftop bar was quite disappointing. dirty glasses were piled up everywhere. the surfaces felt sticky, it did not seem inviting, so we only stayed for one drink. also, during dinner, staff seemed disorganized, and it was difficult to get their attention. we would have spent more money on drinks and desserts if service had been more attentive.

broken soap trayfixed shower head
the bathroom presented some issues it featured a glass obscured wall to the bedroom. this meant using the toilet at night required choosing between total darkness or disturbing my partner with light. the shower head was fixed and the soap tray was broken. these details significantly detracted from the overall quality expected at this price point. the lack of attention to detail affected the stay.
